pork ribs soup

been missing my mum soup since the day i reach china...solution:i make my own soup...haha...had a rough idea of how my mum cook as i use to stand beside her as she cook...so this is my method...
First we need:
500g of pork ribs
some yellow beans(shld use ikan bilis but china doesnt have it)
大白菜(put any amt u like)
东粉(i used 5 bundles of it)
5 litres of water(rough estimate)

so juz boil the yellow beans and pork ribs in water..use big fire and when boiled, change to small fire..and let it cook for another hour or so..this is to ensure all the essence from the yellow beans and pork ribs is transferred to the water..then add 大白菜 to the soup boil again then add 东粉..before serving add some salt in the soup to enhance the taste and u will have tasty pork ribs soup!!!haha..

"family" meeting to resolve all our differences...trash stuff out..in the end i think he understand y we are so piss with him all the while...ok i am juz glad we 4 guys can have a heart to hear ttalk with each other...lets juz hope things will get better from now on...

Housemate

Can anyone tell me the definition of housemate?i am so piss with one of them staying with me..i thought the problem lies with me and not him..but the other 2 are also piss with him...my comments on this guy: Self centred, si bei niao, very not sociable and he has no life!!!
Experience 1:
The electric bill came and he paid for it. The bill come up to 80.80 rmb..so it was to be divided by 4. So normally one would juz do away with the cents and juz collect 20 rmb rite???but he wanted 20.20..cos muz be divided equally...cannot short change him...
Experience 2:
He called me on my hp and say he was at the supermarket. So he ask if we need anything. I told him we 3 need bread so ask him to buy 2 loaves...2 loaves cost ard 8 rmb..when we got home, he told us to split the 8 rmb among ourselves and return him...omg is like only 8 rmb and he is asking us to return him.his reason is he does not eat bread for breakfast so he should not pay..we are the ones eating...but when we juz move in me and chun rong bought so many stuff and we didnt even ask to divide equally among the 4 of us..we juz told them now we buy this the next time u guys buy other stuuff...dont need to calculate until so detail..cos we living in the smae house..
Experience 3:
No rice cooker in the house..need to buy one..1 rice cooker cost 60 rmb(15 sing)knowing that this guy is niao, i call him and ask if he wans to share...he ask me wats the point of buying, we are going back sing soon..is like there is 3 more months then we go back sing..so rice cooker cost 60 rmb..divide by 3 months one month cost 20..divide by 30 days each month one day cost less than 1 rmb...if divide by 4 of us it will cost less then 10 cent rmb per pax per day...and is in rmb u need to divide by 4.5 to get sing dollaar...wtf...he tell me he do not wan to share..if wan rice can go down and buy from restaurant...so end up 3 of u share the rice cooker...and that following weekend, we cook rice and u noe wat...he was using the rice cooker too...i dont noe if i shld be niao to him and kao bei him or wat...and yuan lai chun rong and jun kang (my 2 other housemates) also du lan him...
Experience 4:
Everyday aft work we will go to the market to buy stuff back home to cook..the 3 of us only..cos the niao guy choose to eat at his work place to save money(he say is his manager say everyone muz eat breakfast lunch and dinner together to enhance teamwork but i think is bull shit..he juz wan to save money)...so normally we 3 wont split the cost into detail..is like each of us will buy some stuff to contribute..so normally me and junkang pay for the dinner and chun rong will settle dessert like red bean soup and stuff...so when this niao guy come back...he didnt even ask and take it for granted..he juz start to eat dessert that we make...is like shld take the initiative and at least chip in a bit..although the stuff we buy is cheap and we wont niao with him...but at least must ask first before eating...and at least offer to chip in money to the household...fucking freeloader...

ok i juz need to vent out this issue..i juz highlight 4 incident but in actual fact...there are a lot more..i am juz shock to noe a human being who doesnt noe anything abt communal living..ok and at the rate he is spending..i am sure he is able to make money out of gip...kns...to him anyhting more then 10 rmb a meal is consider ex...hiaz...sometimes i feel if he does not stay with us life will be better for all of us..juz so hard for ppl with diffrent mindset to stay together...pls can someone get him out of my life!!!!

Chinese chess and stone carving

lesson last weekend was fun..we had lessons on playing chinese chess and also stone carving..spend fri afternoon playing chess with each other..boon yen is good in chess..i am not bad too..we played a game for almost 1 and a half hours..end up he won..i make too much mistakes..haha..bu its fun playing with soemone ur own level..will make u think a lot..stone carving was even better..the teacher wrote our names in ancient writing and we were told to carve them..those names who have more straight lines were to carve on the words but those names with less straight lines are told to carve the surroundings of the names...the latter is much more difficult..and my chinese name have so much strokes..haha..end up i have the most difficult name to carve plus i have to carve out the surroundings..i took me 2 hours to carve and i have another one for my darling..juz that i haven carve it yet..i will go get the carving knife then i will start on it..haha...
